Tour: Vilna, Jerusalem de Lita (3 hours)

    Jewish Heritage sightseeing of the famous city of Vilnius that was once called Jerusalem of Lithuania. This tour is combined - it consists of two parts: by coach and on foot. It introduces a Jewish history in Vilnius. The tour takes to the streets of the former Ghetto area with its monuments to the victims of the Holocaust, the Jewish Cemetery with the mausoleum of the world renowned Gaon Rav Eliyahu and the tombs of the last Vilna rabbis alongside the victims of the ghetto. You will visit the medieval Jewish quarter with its streets and courts. The tour includes a visit to the Choral Synagogue, the only remaining synagogue that was left intact.
