Mykolas Zilinskas Art Museum

    This gallery was designed in 1989 in honour of the art collector Mykolas Zilinskas. This man has enriched many Lithuanian art collections. The exhibition of the Gallery contains the most valuable collections of foreign art. There are the art of Ancient Egypt and the Far East, European applied art of the 17th-20th centuries, Chinese, German, Dutch porcelain, Italian paintings of the 16th and 18th centuries and some others. That is to say museum also exhibits a children’s art education studio.
    The building is very obvious. It is constructed of avant-garde glass and granite. It attracts with a grand exterior. There you should come if you are interested in high culture of art.
